Moderating/Facilitating

Sometimes groups need an outside facilitator to run an orderly and productive meeting. 

By skillfully managing group processes and dialogue, our approach will support participants to fully engage in the work at hand.

We will work with you to determine the meeting outcomes, set an agenda that is aggressive but comprehensive, and actively facilitate the meeting allowing all attendees (including the leader) to participate.

Customized Workshops

Our philosophy is simple: We assess your organization's specific learning requirements and customize workshops that fill gaps and build on what you're already doing well.

Several steps are required to develop skills and competencies: designing the program content, choosing appropriate training methods, producing training materials, testing the program, training trainers (if required) and evaluating the results. Edlingers Consulting helps clients perform any and all of these steps.
